Ordering


Can I change my order?


Once confirmed, it may not be possible to change your order. Please email our Sales and Customer Service team on [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order online, quoting the Sales Order Number. You can also call us on +353 21 477 2050 (from overseas) or 021 477 2050 (within Ireland).


What should I do if my order is delivered incorrectly?


Please email details to our Sales and Customer Service team on [email protected], quoting the Sales Order Number.


How can I re-order a previous order?


Please go to ‘My Account’, then to ‘Order History’, which will list all your previous orders. Navigate to the desired order, click to view and then you can choose the Cart symbol to Reorder any required item(s).


I don’t have a purchase order, what do I do?


The ‘PO / Reference’ field is mandatory and is where you can enter your PO number if you have one. If you need a Purchase Order but do not yet have one when placing your order, write ‘’PO to come’’. You will then need to email your PO number as soon as possible (so that we can prepare your order) to our Sales and Customer Service team on [email protected], quoting the Sales Order Number. Alternatively, if your organisation does not use Purchase Orders, simply write a comment in the ‘PO / Reference’ section that you can easily recognise, eg. ‘’UEFA Badges stock’’, ‘’September Order’’ and so on.


I can’t check out, what should I do?


Your order may be held on our web shop for a number of reasons. For assistance, please email our Sales and Customer Service team on [email protected], either quoting your login email address or unique Customer Number, so that we can investigate this for you. Shipping


When will my order be delivered?


We always attempt to ship your order within 7 calendar days, via DHL Express couriers. Other courier arrangements can be made, upon request (eg. to charge to your own DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx account).


Can I change my delivery address once my order has been confirmed?


If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order online, please email details to our Sales and Customer Service team on [email protected], quoting the Sales Order Number. NOTE: Changing the delivery address may not be possible if your order has already shipped.

Do you offer next day delivery?


For next day delivery requests, please enter your request in the ‘Comments’ section in your online order. If your order has already been placed, then email our Sales and Customer Service team on [email protected] as soon as possible, quoting the Sales Order Number. You can also call us on +353 21 477 2050 (from overseas) or 021 477 2050 (within Ireland). NOTE: Due to the nature of our service, next-day delivery is not always possible.


Can I view what has been shipped on a daily basis?


Yes, you can. After login go to ‘My Account’ and then to ‘Order History’ to view the status of each order. The status will change from ‘’Pending’’ to ‘’Shipped’’ when it has been despatched.
