Once confirmed, it may not be possible to change your order.  Please email our Sales and Customer Service team on sales@sporting-id.com as soon as possible after placing your order online, quoting the Sales Order Number (it’s in the format SON######).

Please email details to our Sales and Customer Service team on sales@sporting-id.com, quoting the Sales Order Number (it’s in the format SON######).

Please go to ‘My Account’, then to ‘My orders’, navigate to the desired order and select ‘Reorder’.

I don’t have a purchase order, what do I do?2020-11-12T13:26:10+00:00

The ‘Customer reference’ section is where you can enter your PO number if you have one. If you need a Purchase Order but do not yet have one when placing your order, write in the ‘Customer reference’ section ‘’PO to come’’. You will then need to email your PO number as soon as you have it (and preferably before your order is delivered) to our Sales and Customer Service team on sales@sporting-id.com, quoting the Sales Order Number (it’s in the format SON######).  Alternatively, if your organisation does not use Purchase Orders at all, simply write a comment in the ‘Customer reference’ section that you can easily recognise, e.g. ‘’PL Stock’’.

We always attempt to ship your order within 7 calendar days, via DHL Express couriers. Other courier arrangements can be made, upon request (e.g. to charge to your own DHL or FedEx account).

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been confirmed? 2020-11-12T13:16:37+00:00

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order online, please email details to our Sales and Customer Service team on sales@sporting-id.com, quoting the Sales Order Number (it’s in the format SON######).  NOTE: Changing the delivery address may not be possible if your order has already shipped.

For next-day delivery requests, please enter your request in the ‘Comments’ section in your online order.  If your order has already been placed, then email our Sales and Customer Service team on sales@sporting-id.com  as soon as possible, quoting the Sales Order Number (it’s in the format SON######).  You can also call us on +353 21 477 2050 (from overseas) or 021 477 20502 (within Ireland).  NOTE: Due to the nature of our service, next-day delivery is not always possible.

Yes, you can log in to view your ‘Order History’ and any ‘Posted shipment’ and ‘Posted invoice details’ (once generated).
